DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our products in all over the world. We thoroughly check the quality, and ship them to you regardless of where you are located in the world.

Free shipping above 300 AED applicable only in the UAE. Shipping charges outside UAE are calculated based on shipping weight and the shipping company’s charges.

Your order will be shipped within five to six working days of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any order made online on Sunday or public holiday will be processed on Monday or next working day and then normal delivery time will follow.

Eid festivities, National and long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72 hours.

Shipping outside UAE depends on shipping partners and the delivery time can go up to 12 labor days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shippers portal.

Please keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
