We work 10 am to 6 pm every Monday to Saturday. We are close on Sunday.

An email address is all you need to start the order process. However we recommend that you register for an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter (to get notified for upcoming events, discounts and new arrivals) and easily place an order.

Placing an order at Customise Anything is quite simple. Here’s how:

  1. Choose a category or design from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
  2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.
  3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. For details check our delivery/shipping policy.

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please check our Privacy Policy.

There is no minimum order quantity, we cater and entertain all small and big orders equally, with our best services. For us our client is important not the quantity. Your satisfaction is our prime goal. We love you so you love us back.

For the selection of right size, do check our size chart available at our site’s homepage at the bottom section. Our size chart is given in UK, US, and EUR sizes.

You can upload any image file in high resolution. Our design team always check your file properly. If there are any issues with the image resolution our team member will get in touch with you before printing your order.

Yes, we can do print/embroidery on clients provided items. However we preferred to use our own materials as our machines and staff is equipped and trained with our own regular materials. We can make tshrit printing according to your design.

Our default shop’s currency is Dirham UAE. All the payments are accepted only in Dirhams UAE, through Visa or MasterCard, cash on delivery with extra charges. For further details regarding payment checkout our payment gateway.

It relies on many things such as design, material of the item, quantity etc.

Tshrit printing or customize anything is an art so with proper care, the design and color will not wash off. Always remember the general care instructions to keep your things last long and in good condition. The general rule is to avoid ironing over prints and always wash dark and light colors separately with cold or lukewarm water, tumble dry low.

Once an order is placed, your order is transferred in production unit, our print team reviews it to ensure everything is okay, if in any case there are any doubts or issues or problem with the file, they will get in touch with you right away via email or phone before processing your order.

As you place an order your order is transferred to our production unit so your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces/items. Your order will be carefully and nicely packaged to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. If you want to pack your items with custom name and special packaging for birthdays, anniversaries or wedding gifts, checkout our gift wrapping section for further details.

Yes, You can track your order by logging in to your Customise Anything account and selecting the ‘Track your Order’ section to view the status of your order.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 04:00 pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all the orders above AED 200,only in UAE. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Fast & same day Shipping Fees

We also offer fast & same day shipping at the following rates:

For the same day delivery, shipping charges will be AED 45 extra, and delivery in 2 days AED 15 extra. These charges are applicable for all orders.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

To avoid shipping charges, there are two options either order above AED 200 (or place a bulk order) or choose in-store pickup. Fast and same day shipping fees is different then normal shipping fee. Fast shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
