REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for refund in your account or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

For UAE deliveries only:
Free returns and exchanges only for UAE deliveries for all 250 above orders.

Returns/exchange request must be filed within 3 days after receiving the item, both using the methods below:

  • When requesting a return via email, we would request the receipt number, location, and reason of return (for quality assurance purposes).
  • Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same value or higher
  • All the products you return must be new & unused, in the same condition you received it and must be in the original packaging with all tags labels still attached. Please keep the receipt.
  • If you choose to exchange for a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched to you. In addition, shipping charges might apply for below 250 AED orders.
  • Once the inspection of the returned items is complete (usually within 3 business days of receipt), we will offer you:

Store credit or value coupon that you can use to place a new order with equal value to the items returned and excluding any shipping or other costs. This amount is credited to your Customise Anything  account, which is not transferable to another account/e-mail due to security reasons. Amount will not be returned/transferred in your debit/credit card.

  • 5 days of warranty in case of damaged item if no major usage is proven and it can be determined that it is a production fault.The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.If it’s this case, please send an email to customercare@customiseanything.com to explain your concern and how to proceed.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns/exchanges on sale/discounted items or pre-ordered products. Also note that items once washed will not be refunded or exchanged.


For Out-of-UAE deliveries:

Returns/exchanges request must be filed within 3 days after receiving the item, both using the methods below:

  • We offer a courier collection service for all returns/exchanges outside of United Arab Emirates. The charge for this service varies depending on the weight and size of the item being returned, as well as the location. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you chose to exchange for a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched to you. In addition, shipping charges apply for all out-of-UAE exchanges (both return and new delivery).
