CANCELATION POLICY

Customise Anything allows changes or cancelation of an order if it is requested with in 6 hours since payment. As you place an order your order is transferred to our production unit so your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed or production has started and non-recoverable costs have been incurred (fabrics, tailors time, other items etc.), we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces/items. *No changes of any kind are allowed on the order if you have chosen express delivery, as production starts as soon as possible.
